OmniQuest will propel youth to reach new heights by providing opportunities to think bigger, dream bigger, and do bigger things.  This will be achieved by: 

EMPOWERING

Empowering youth to make positive choices that will enhance their social and emotional well-being as well as strengthen their communities; 

ENGAGING

Engaging and broadening the mind of the youth by opening up a world of new possibilities through cultural and educational experiences, inclusive of domestic and international travel opportunities;  

ADVOCATING

Disrupting the pipeline to prison by working to close the achievement gap with a particular emphasis on problem solving, critical thinking, writing, and oratorical skills.  It is anticipated that this focus will have a direct correlation to improved standardized test scores in both problem solving and reading comprehension; 

LEADING

Creating a safe space for youth to learn and reaffirm the richness and diversity of the African-American experience and how it impacts upon their lives; and providing opportunities for creative growth and development coupled with laying a foundation for entrepreneurial and financial literacy skills.
